This training is offered at many different levels, for many different needs. You may be a veteran looking to expand your team & start your own brokerage. The training will cover strategic growth & corporate planning. “Leaders Never Stop Learning”.
Are you new to/in the industry?
This training service is to fill a major gap that seems to be recurring in the mortgage industry. Leaders understandably do not have enough time to give new agents the one- on-one training they need when becoming a new mortgage agent. It can be very time consuming.
The service I provide is hands on with any area they need to work on such as:
Learning your lenders (A,B,Private), Private deals, Packaging, Conditions, Efficiency, Selling, Lead Generation – referral sources (joint zoom meetings), Scripts/Cold Calling, Fraud, Organizing their business/day, Value add proposition
The list goes on!
Those are just a few of the areas I cover, and I am hands-on/interactive with the agents. One of the main goals is to drum up business for them.
Case Study – Agent Training:
- Initial Zoom Consultation – FREE! This was to determine where he was in his career and appropriate planning was done from there.
- 5 hours total is dedicated to training. (Typically, this gets split up into Ten – 30 Minute Zoom Sessions)
- We used some time on lender knowledge A, B and Private & then homework was given to reach out to BDMs, examine websites etc. I provided excel spreadsheets for the Lender assignment and Lead Generation referral sources.
- Scripts were written for different referral sources to acquire the first joint zoom meeting. He wrote the original script and I cleaned it up.
- Assisted w/marketing – I designed case studies for them to use or give their referral sources
- Joint ZOOM meetings with his referral sources so he could see, feel & hear how the conversation goes
- Role Play so he can eventually handle the meetings solo
The 5 hours of training ended up being used over 2 months based on his schedule and progression. He tackled 4 realtors and I was able to help him create opportunities for the future with them all, and he got 9 leads so far. I of course was there for them in the interim – calls, quick questions…..that’s expected.
The idea is to train them and give them the boost they need to be successful & build confidence.
The training wheels come off and they are elevated in their careers!

The cost per agent for the ten 30 min sessions is only $1,000,00 +HST. I would email an invoice to you and schedule the initial consultation which is FREE. After that is complete, we have a roadmap to what your goals are and we can schedule the first official session. All meeting notes are tracked, homework assigned & the progress.
Zoom Presentations – “Tailor-Made” Team Training
Case Study - All About The Team:
A Principal Broker came to me asking me to train her team on Private Lending. Her team had a mix of a few new agents and veteran agents, but they may have done 1 private deal throughout the years at the most!
I hosted two 2-hour zoom sessions for them. The first one covered Private MICS vs mama/papa investors, packaging to the lender, underwriting comments, common conditions, selling to the borrower & fraud. The second covered Lead Generation – how to bring in private leads, scripts, cold calls, how to approach, how you would execute & value add proposition.
There was so much information shared during those 4 hours. The agents could not believe this world even existed and started looking at their game plan a lot differently. They may reach out for the one-on-one training in the future. The cost for each 2-hour seminar was $400.00 flat.
Conclusion: It’s amazing to be part of someone’s success and watch them grow confidence and excitement as their careers progress. Together we will continue to strive to strengthen our industry!
